Brendan Worldwide Vacations was our first AND last choice when deciding how to book a New Zealand vacation.  They were highly recommended by Lynn's parents because they booked a number of Australia vacations through Brendan Worldwide Vacations.   As a result we visited the Web site for Brendan Worldwide Vacations and established in our minds a bar at which we would expect any other vacation company to meet or exceed.

      After a great deal of research, we went back to Brendan Worldwide Vacations and reviewed once again what our options were and decided that Brendan Worldwide Vacations was the best way to book our trip to New Zealand.

      All said and done, now, we have two complaints about our relationship with Brendan Worldwide Vacations.  The first relates to the completely unacceptable wait times required to speak to a Brendan Worldwide Vacations travel counselor.  During the booking process, we had to call Brendan Worldwide Vacations about three times to finalize details regarding our trip.  Each time, the waits on the phone were so long, it actually affected dinner plans.

      A second complaint is that we added an optional side trip to our itinerary and we were assured that the booking would be made.  But when the printed itineraries arrived, we discovered that the side trip had not been booked and when we called to straighten it all out we were given excuses about being too busy instead of being promptly accommodated.

      Ironically, a short term sickness prevented us from being able to go on the optional side trip we had booked.  To Brendan Worldwide Vacations' credit, they promptly responded to our request for a refund when we returned.

      Brendan Worldwide Vacations will be the first place we visit to look into overseas vacations in the future.  To us, integrity, is the most important factor when delivering goods or services costing thousands of dollars.
