At left and above are TVNZ studios in downtown Auckland.

The Sky Tower offered a beautiful view of the Auckland Museum.

Above is a colorful fountain between buildings in downtown Auckland. At right is an old chimney at one end of Victoria Park Market Victoria Park Market is not dissimilar to an upscale flea market featuring arts, crafts and a lot of souvenirs.

The Sky Tower was an irresistible object to shoot from so many angles around Auckland.  Lynn had the one of the above left printed professionally from the original high resolution file and it came out looking very beautiful.

I thought that the photograph at left turned out being an artsy image of the entrance of Auckland Art Gallery.

At right is the tower of the St. Matthew In The City Church.  Above is a billboard in front of the church.  The church is near Auckland University of Technology, thus the open laptop open like a Bible.

In the photograph above left, Auckland University of Technology enjoy an on campus concert apparently sponsored in part by Microsoft.

Later on our first day in New Zealand, Lynn and I decided to walk down around the harbour in search for an appealing dinner location.  Above are shots of the Maritime Museum.

Near the entrance of the Maritime Museum is the KZ1 shown in the background at right.  The KZ1 is one of the biggest sloop-rigged yachts ever

built.  It took 24 weeks to build the Big Boat for the 1988 America's cup.

We finally found a great place to eat called The Loaded Hog and enjoyed views such as the ones above as we dined.

I could not resist taking a nighttime photograph of the Microsoft building as we walked back to our hotel after dinner.  I've not worked for Microsoft, but I've worked with their employees on some projects and I had the pleasure of visiting their campus in Redmond, Washington on a couple of occasions.
