Ducks

There's a small lake in the more established portion of our town,
Chuluota, that always plays hosts to a wide assortment of ducks.
I don't see nearly as many around Osprey Lakes for some reason, but
they do come around from time to time.

These guys came calling one day right into our back yard.
The good news is they let me take a few photos. The bad news
is that the sun was not in the best position for better shots. |

Our neighbor flagged us down when she saw these visitors in front of
a home next door to ours. |
|
|
|
|
Each of them sat for a spell in the plush grass. |
 |
|
|
|
 |
When they realized that this little oasis didn't include any free
handouts, they waddled back toward the lake looking for munchies
there. |
