What a perfect size lake! It's large enough to
canoe on and small enough to ban the jet skis. There are alligators
and water moccasins in this lake, so we don't walk along it after dark.
There are actually two lakes connected by a narrow channel and fed by an
underground spring. Osprey Lakes Circle is the road around the lake
and is about two miles long. We live about one mile in either
direction from the front gate to the community.
